LAST LIGHT

Last Light is a collection of semi-abstract mountain paintings inspired by the extraordinary colours of sunset in high-altitude landscapes.

The collection was inspired by hiking the GR20 through the rugged mountains of Corsica, where each evening the landscape transformed. As the mountains disappeared into silhouette, the sky took centre stage — glowing with pinks, reds, oranges and deep blues.

These contemporary mountain paintings capture that fleeting moment between day and night, using bold colour, layered mountain silhouettes and abstract shapes to evoke the feeling of watching the last light disappear behind the peaks.
