INTO THIN AIR
Abstract Himalayan Mountain Paintings
INTO THIN AIR is a collection of original abstract mountain paintings inspired by the Himalayas, created from my experience trekking through the Annapurna region of Nepal.
Painted in oil on canvas, each one-of-a-kind Himalayan landscape captures the atmosphere of the high mountains - shifting light, distant snow-covered peaks, dramatic skies and the feeling of standing high above the world.
Expressive colour, layered texture and atmospheric brushwork transform these mountain landscapes into contemporary abstract art, inspired by the scale, beauty and changing moods of the Himalayas.
