SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Cat Goward Art offers free UK and worldwide shipping, including to the USA.

    Original artwork is carefully hand-wrapped and packaged and will usually be dispatched from the UK within 3–5 working days. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

    Orders are sent using trusted delivery partners, such as Parcelforce and their international delivery partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the artwork purchased.

    Estimated delivery times are:

    UK: approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.
    USA: approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
    Other international destinations: delivery times vary depending on the destination.

    Please note that these are estimates and delays outside my control can occasionally occur.

    If I am away from the studio or there is an expected delay to dispatch, this will be clearly communicated on the website at the time of purchase.

  • Cat Goward Art covers all applicable taxes and customs charges for international orders, so there should be no additional duties or customs fees for you to pay when your artwork arrives.

    International orders may occasionally experience delays while passing through customs. These delays are outside my control, but tracking details will be provided so you can follow your artwork’s journey.

    If you are unexpectedly contacted by a courier or customs authority requesting payment of import duties or taxes, please contact info@catgowardart.com before making any payment.

  • 14-day free returns. If you’re not completely satisfied with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return. I’ll provide instructions and arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

    The artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged. Once it has been safely returned and received, I’ll issue a full refund.

    If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so I can resolve the issue.

    Bespoke commissions and personalised artworks are made specifically for you and cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. I offer free shipping within the UK and worldwide, including to the USA.

    How long will my artwork take to arrive?
    Artwork is normally dispatched within 3–5 working days. UK delivery is generally around 1–3 working days after dispatch, while delivery to the USA is generally around 3–7 working days after dispatch. Other international delivery times vary by destination.

    Will I have to pay customs charges?
    International customers may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the artwork price and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Can I return an artwork?
    Yes. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork if you would like to arrange a return. The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

    Can I return a commissioned painting?
    As commissions are bespoke artworks created specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
