Pink Peaks is an original abstract Himalayan mountain painting inspired by the extraordinary light and colour of the Himalayas. Snow-covered peaks rise through the landscape, illuminated in vivid pink as the last light catches the mountains.

Painted in oil on canvas, expressive brushwork and layered colour create texture across the peaks, while the surrounding landscape is simplified to emphasise their scale and atmosphere. The contrast between vibrant pink and cooler tones captures the dramatic transformation of the mountains as the light changes.

Blending abstraction with impressionistic detail, Pink Peaks is inspired by the feeling of witnessing alpenglow in the Himalayas - when the highest snow-covered summits briefly glow pink before the light disappears.
