Valley of Dreams is an original abstract Himalayan mountain painting diptych inspired by the vast landscapes and dramatic peaks of the Himalayas. Across two canvases, a distant mountain range leads towards a striking snow-covered summit illuminated in vivid pink against a deep blue sky.
Painted in oil on canvas, layers of rich blue create a sense of depth and distance, while expressive brushwork and textured highlights bring the Himalayan peaks to life. The two-panel composition gives the landscape an expansive quality, evoking the scale and stillness of being surrounded by high mountains.
Blending abstraction with impressionistic detail, Valley of Dreams captures the atmosphere of the Himalayan landscape rather than every physical detail - shifting light, distant ridgelines and the feeling of looking towards a solitary peak.
A one-of-a-kind piece of Himalayan mountain art, this original diptych brings bold colour and the atmosphere of the mountains into the home - ideal for collectors drawn to abstract mountain paintings, contemporary landscapes and wild places.
